M & J Cafe is located just around the corner from Maverick Square, and the MBTA Blue Line subway stop. An old-fashioned, diner style restaurant with a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Owners Miles and Joyce serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and provide personalized friendly service.

Daily specials are a big hit with local patrons. Home style cooking, healthy portions, and reasonable prices make this a great spot for food any day of the week. Many commuters also stop by for take-out dinner after a long day at work in downtown Boston. 

Over 20 flavors of ice cream available. Premium sundaes, frappes, and ice cream sodas are a specialty. Hours are extended in the summertime when those long hot days become unbearable.
