East Boston Main Streets Adds 5 New Board Members
On Thursday March 27, 2008 East Boston Main Streets held elections and added 5 new volunteer board members.

East Boston, MA, 31-Mar-2008 —  East Boston Main Streets held elections on Thursday March 27, 2008 and added 5 new volunteer board members.

Joining the board is resident and local business owner Alicia Saldana. Alicia is the owner of Pollos Ala Brasa Betos at 69 Bennington Street. New members also include residents Mary Berninger, Beda Diaz, James Gleason and journalist Luis Bravo.

East Boston Main Streets would like to congratulate these wonderful volunteers for becoming new members to the board of directors. We would also like to thank them for there service to East Boston and look forward to their help with our mission.

The East Boston Main Street board of directors is made up of volunteer business owners and residents who serve the community for a two year term. Other volunteers too numerous too mention work on Main Street committees and help with various initiatives and events during the year.
